I listen to these podcasts regularly and I've hand-picked some of my favorite episodes here:
I achieved conversational-fluency in Spanish when I was 25. When my friends ask me how, I tell them I used italki to find one-on-one Spanish instructors. Learning a language requires conversational practice, and italki is the best tool I have personal experience with that facilitates that practice.
I studied Japanese for three months in preparation for a work trip there. In the process, I found Tofugu and its ridiculously detailed guide to learn Japanese. I loved it. I wish all languages had an equivalent to Tofugu!
My Honda CR-V. Together with the podcasts I love, it makes driving all the time a bearable burden
Paul Graham's essays, especially this one on how to do great work
Arnold Schwarzenegger
The timeless embodiment of peak male form, determination, and positivity.
I've read his books
Education of a Bodybuilder
and
The New Encyclopedia of Modern Bodybuilding
and I occasionally read his
newsletter.
I love that he dubbed it "the positive corner of the internet".
